AUTOMATING THE TRACKING OF HTM SKILLS & COMPETENCY
In this session Ben Person will be presenting and demonstrating how HTM organizations could implement a process for tracking HTM skills and competencies across their organization. In today’s HTM teams there are not easy ways to know which HTM technicians and engineers are competent on which devices in a hospital. Person will be walking through how this can be automatically tracked and then reported across the hospital’s locations, skill areas and other aspects. This will help as HTM organizations have hiring or turnover and identify which employees need additional training so that there are enough trained employees at each hospital location.
