This session is an entry-level course for biomeds who want to move into the imaging arena beginning with ultrasound. Topics to be discussed include items that must be completed during PM including how to evaluate image quality, how to conduct proper customer interviews when needing to troubleshoot an ultrasound system and tools available to help in a first-call situation.
