Fundamentals of Project Management for HTM

Tuesday, April 12, 2:30-3:30pm

This session will review the components of project management and explain the importance of each role and which ones are involved in the project management process. The presenter will discuss at which point in the process support is needed in your environment and how to budget accordingly. Regulatory issues, how to plan for success, and be able to adapt as the project changes will also be addressed.
