KEYNOTE ADDRESS: DNV-GL HEALTHCARE PRESENTS UNDERSTANDING THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT STANDARDS
This will be a brief explanation of the most challenging physical environment standards, as well as an overview of what is required and how to meet these standards from the perspective of DNV-GL Healthcare.
The keynote presentation will be followed by panel discussion to include experts in the field discussing the future of the industry.
Kelly Proctor resides in Acworth, Georgia and has over 30 years of experience in the health care field. He is currently employed as a physical environment sector lead, lead surveyor and trainer for DNV-GL Healthcare. Kelly has performed over 500 surveys for DNV-GL and has surveyed hospitals all over the United States, South America, Europe and Asia for DNV-GL.
Kelly holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and is a certified health care facilities manager, a certified health care safety manager and a certified health care operations professional. He is also a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001 as well as a certified NIAHO lead surveyor.
