Booth Reservation

To reserve a booth, please review the current booth availability on the floor plan below. The gray squares are the available booth spaces. Then complete the booth reservation form below. Our Trade show coordinator, Lisa Lisle (lisa@mdpublishing.com) will contact you to confirm the space, and will send a contract and invoice.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Booth Payment(s):
Payment methods for exhibit booth reservations include credit cards or payment by check. Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
Refund policy:
No refunds will be made for contracts cancelled, but payment can be applied to a future show.
