Participants will gain insights from both management’s and front-line technicians’ perspectives. Management will share how this approach aligns with broader organizational goals, emphasizing the benefits of improved efficiency, resource management and continuous improvement. From the front-line technician’s viewpoint, the focus will be on practical applications, quick problem-solving, adaptability and methods to hold peers accountable using 5S.
