This course will cover a variety of issues involving an HTM professional working with Information Technologies including:
- Understanding the basic education needed to work in IT
- The common components involved with networking HTM devices
- Determining which software is being used on the HTM device
- Proper documentation to prevent security issues
- How to identify areas of vulnerability
- How to support IT networks
