This session will provide an overview of the Providence St. Joseph Health asset recovery program, what are the typical ways of handling hospital assets, and how Providence was able to partner with an asset recovery company to resell, redeploy, or recycle its assets, returning money to the ministries and keeping medical equipment out of the dump.
