Skills New BMETs Bring to the HTM Department and How to Hire Them

Participants will hear from a panel of BMET educators and students about what skills they are learning in school that many in HTM don’t have (i.e. project management, IT, networking and cybersecurity). They will also hear about what Generation Z BMETs coming out of school are looking for in their first BMET job, and how HTM managers can get them to join their teams and retain them.
