Reverse Expo

Introducing the spring MD Expo Reverse Expo! Due to popular demand, we are now offering the Reverse Expo at BOTH the spring and fall conferences. This event provides exhibitors of MD Expo with a unique opportunity to meet with over 20 Supply Chain, Procurement, and Healthcare Technology Directors from America’s most prestigious hospitals and health systems. The Reverse Expo will take place on April 8 from 10 am-12:30 pm. Email events@mdpublishing.com if you are interested in registering for the event.
Deadline to register for the Reverse Expo is MARCH 2. The cost is $1,500 for a 1-person schedule or $2,000 for a two-person team schedule.

INTRODUCING: Lunch & Learn $1,750 (5 available)

Hungry for a sponsorship? Join us for the “Lunch & Learn,” where your company will have access to attendees during this exclusive event. Your sponsorship includes three tables at the event with a company representative at each table to share insights into your company’s products and services. ONLY sponsoring companies will be allowed access to the event.

Door Prize Raffle

Drive traffic to your company’s booth! Attendees will visit the sponsor’s booths to have their raffle card stamped to be entered to win prizes from a drawing that will be held once per day during exhibit hall hours. Vendors pay $250 to be on the raffle card and agree to provide a prize valued at a minimum of $100 dollars for the drawing. If you are interested in participating in the raffle, please email events@mdpublishing.com. The deadline to be included is March 11.
